I am a licensed clinical psychologist (PSY 29352) specializing in healing trauma and codependency.  I have worked internationally and use depth-oriented approaches to help you understand how you tick, how you can heal, and how to take control of your life again. I am a licensed clinical psychologist (PSY 29513) interested in helping storytellers improve mental health representation in their work. Stories are deeply foundational to human experience, and mental health is a pivotal part in many of those narratives. Together, we will work to accurately depict mental health without losing the compelling elements of your story! 

 

COACHING RETREAT FOR CREATIVES

A four-hour retreat-style learning environment for a group of 10 creatives to collectively hare ideas, and get feedback from mental health professionals on more difficult or extended projects. Included is a 15-minute consultation call prior to the retreat to hear about your needs and orient you to our coaching process.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Work with a psychologist to better understand your trauma, codependency, and work stresses. This is a space of deep transformation where you meet weekly with your therapist to discuss ongoing issues.

COACHING PACKAGE FOR CREATIVES

A package of 3 one-hour long coaching sessions with the added bonus of a free 15-minute consultation to hear about your needs and prep for the coaching sessions. This package ensures you get long-term support on more difficult or extended projects.

COACHING FOR WRITERS, ACTORS, AND CREATIVES

A one-hour coaching session designed for actors, writers, directors, producers, and other creatives offered by offered by Dr. Gideon and Dr. Wilkins. We discuss the psychological dynamics you are attempting to demonstrate and give helpful feedback around symptoms, portrayal of illnesses, and answer your questions.
